Captain Pete Longo

Im USCG Captain Pete Longo. Each spring Striped Bass come up the Hudson River to spawn. I learned this over 30 years ago and have been pursuing them ever since. At first, my Father and I used to hike down to various shore locations to catch them.

Then at 18 I inherited my first old, beat up boat.  That boat caught lots of big stripers. At around this time, I started keeping a journal of every fish I caught, with details about tides, size,weather  and where each was caught. Now almost twenty years later, I have ways to fish every condition. I have a good reputation for catching big fish and have won many tournaments on the river.

We fish out of a gorgeous 25 and a half foot Parker Sport Cabin. Come join me for a great day on the river or out at sea!

About the Boat

We fish from a 25.5 foot Parker Sport Cabin. Parker has an impeccable reputation as one of the best pure fishing boats available. All the electronics have been upgraded to help get on the fish quicker.

Our fishing deck is the most spacious you'll likely have fished on. No being stuck in a corner waiting to get a rod!

All lighting has been upgraded and installed wherever it could possibly be needed. There is also a pilot house with a cuddy cabin if you need to duck out of the weather.

And no need to worry, there is a john inside!
